Open Gear Lube 595 NC

Petron Open Gear Lube 595 NC is a viscous, semi-fluid lubricant designed to lubricate open gears on shovels, Draglines & associated mining equipment under all conditions.
Open Gear Lube 595 NC is designed to be applied through all automatic lubrication equipment.
Ultra High Viscosity Fluid designed to lubricate heavily loaded open gears & extend component life while reducing consumption.
Lubricant resists wash-off in rain and snow.

Petro Kleen 140

Petron Petro Kleen 140 is a viscous, petroleum based product designed to clean open gearing of lubricant & contamination.
Petro Kleen 140 is designed to be applied through the automatic lubrication system in place of the open gear lubricant while the gearing is running & under load, greatly reducing down time.
Removes lubricant & contamination from gear face & roots of both pinion & ring gear.
Applied under normal operating conditions greatly reducing down time.

Easy Bar

This product is specifically designed for application on the Stop Block, Riding Ring and Filler Bars of Horizontal Calciners, Rotary Kilns and Dryers.
Easy Bar is easily inserted between the filler bars where it melts and releases the high temperature solid lubricants.
The product’s high solids content fills the surface imperfections resulting in a smoother bore surface, lower friction and less wear.
The improved lubrication between filler bars and riding rings reduces weld fractures at filler bars and kiln shell interface, contributing to extend shell and refractory service.
Extend the life of wear filler bars.

Tire Slide

This product replaces the conventional graphite block used in Kilns/Dryers for the lubrication of Rollers and tire.
This product is already in a premix state & can be used directly on the point of application.
Use a spray wand to dispense the tireslide to the rollers & tire by spraying on the meshing area of the rollers & the tire.
